House by a stream

Our house is located in the countryside 5 km from the small town of Baugé in Anjou. Its three bedrooms (one on the ground floor) can accommodate 7 people, the sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed, for two people. You will have two shower rooms, two toilets, a kitchen/dining room and a living room. A pleasant garden bordered by a hiking trail and a small stream for special moments of relaxation. The space On the ground floor you will find a kitchen/dining room, a living room with a convertible sofa bed ( which offers two extra beds or 9 beds in total), toilet and bedroom with shower area. Upstairs, a first bedroom with a bed 140*190 and a bathtub, a second bedroom with two beds ( 160*200 and 90*190) and finally the shower room with toilet and washing machine. Bed linen is provided, however towels are not. You will have a large garden (not fenced) of more than 2000 m2 overlooking the creek and also access to the walking trail. Guest access It is an independent accommodation, located 500 meters from the village of Pontigné. Other things to note The area around the stream is not fenced. Children must be under adult supervision. Little network for mobile data, but wifi in the house and possibility of wifi calls.
