The space EV charger on site. Our Beautiful Brook-View Cottage is located on the first floor of a separate scandinavian cottage on our property. The private Games Room & Bar are below. Use of a Private decked seating patio, overlooking our stunning babbling stream, equipped with small fish, eels and an array of birdlife. A second sun-drenched decked area is yours too, with sun loungers and a wood fired Hot Tub (£20 Hot Tub use and Log Bundle per stay) Parking for 1 vehicle is offered, off road. The layby alongside our parking provides space for an extra vehicle, if required. Brook-View has it's own entrance, via lockbox. Enter your front door, up a flight of steps & into the spacious, striking fairy-lit Studio apartment overlooking the properties very own stream. Brook-View offers a Kitchen with all amenities' & Shower room with shower, basin and toilet. The living space has large windows which offer a bright, airy space and stunning views over the delightful gardens, babbling brook and countryside beyond. You'll have a king size bed & sofa to relax on. A large wall mounted, angle moveable TV; and a dining table. All linen, including shower towels, Fluffy Robes & Slippers. are provided, along with starter pack shower gel/ body-wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash & toilet rolls for a short stay. The kitchen provides tea, coffee, starter milk, starter bottled water. Starter cooking oil, salt, pepper and washing up liquid. Extra blankets & seat cushions are located in the Games Room. We have village neighbours so LOUD music, parties and late night rowdiness is STRICTLY prohibited! This beautiful spot is for Peace, Quiet, Nature & Tranquility. Surveillance camera in driveway area for car safety. Pet x 1 only = £20 per stay Guest access You'll have access to one off street parking space, your own private Lodge apartment with indoor & 2 x outdoor seating areas to take in all that this idyllic location has to offer. Fairytale decked seating area (exclusively yours) overlooking the babbling brook. Wood fired Hot Tub with sun loungers to get that holiday atmosphere (Hot use and Log Bundle an extra £20 per stay). Listen to the sounds of the stream and the birds singing about their adventures whilst sipping a glass of bubbly, or having your breakfast. The second outdoor seating area has views to the garden, kick back and relax with a cup of tea and a book. On a clear night, be mesmerised by the spectacle of a million stars. Over the bridges are the main house dwelling's private area. Other things to note We have 2 cats and 2 dogs. All are friendly however our wee rescue dog, Maggie, can be nervous of strangers. She does bark a little. Poppy is our soppy, very friendly Shitzu. Unfortunately, due to Maggie being a rescue, we are unable to accommodate babies, infants and children. Extra blankets & Seat cushions can be found in the Games Room, for chilly evenings.
