The space "Casita Lola" where you will be staying is a fully independent home where you can: - Unwind in one of its two cozy bedrooms. Each features a sumptuously comfy mattress, high-quality linens, and wardrobes for your belongings. With classic wooden floors and ceilings, these rooms are your private havens of tranquility. - Chill in the large living room and watch a movie on the big-screen TV, or relax in the second living room with a book and enjoy the views of the patio. Both are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. - Take time for yourself in the studio corner with its comfortable table and a seated/standing desk, bathed in lovely light from the patio — great for journaling, drawing, writing, or using your computer if you need to go online. - Indulge in the exquisite bathroom with its classic tiles, a shower-over-bathtub, and custom-made furnishings. - Enjoy the spacious traditional kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need if you decide to take a day off from sightseeing and just savor a home-cooked meal with some of the local produce found in the nearby store or the farmer’s market. - Share a lazy meal the Spanish way, with long conversations and some wine, in the ample dining room adjacent to the kitchen. - Wander outside and delight in the serene shared house patios, pool, and lush garden. This property is a unique and personal space that you could never find in a traditional hotel. It has been mindfully restored to preserve its traditional charm and balance it with sober luxury, noble materials, and beautiful objects. It is a dream project by the owners, a contemporary artist and digital entrepreneur, who sought to balance the stimulating city life of Paris with the nourishing island life of Tenerife. They were so inspired by the nature and energy of the island that they named their property "Casa Musa," and decided to baptize each casita with the name of a different muse. In this case, it pays tribute to Doña Dolores, who was often called "Lola," the last local owner of this house when it still had the shop and a banana plantation; and also to Lola Flores, one of the most famous Spanish flamenco dancers of the last century. Please note that: - the various exterior spaces are shared with another independent home in the property called « Casita Mina » which can host up to 2 guests only. - our home is neither adapted nor equipped for young children or babies, we unfortunately cannot safely host families with children under 13 at this point - the second bedroom is only available for bookings of 3 or 4 guests, if 1 or 2 guests wish to use the second bedroom there is an extra 20€ fee per night.
