The space This beautiful home is newly remodeled and fully furnished with a touch of culture!! Seraphim Mountain Suites is designed to make your stay as comfortable and memorable while you get to live as a local during your visit to Puerto Rico. Located with in 5 minutes drive to the town. Close to waterfalls, rivers, hiking, bakery, McDonald, Supermarket, 24 hr gas station, Pharmacy, Restaurants, and local Doctors office. This home is equipped with a comfy master bedroom with a queen bed, nice size mirrored closet with hangers & plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a nice size mirrored closet, to rest after a long day of enjoying the Island. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, plus ceiling fan in living room area. TV in Living Room with Roku streaming services and including streaming service for Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Pandora. Guest must provide their own WIFI hot spot. Dinning area accommodates 4 guests. Kitchen fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and modern fridge. Cookware, Dinnerware included. • Does not include relocating all furniture, please return furniture to original location if moved • Sheets will be provided upon request for every 7 nights of stay at no additional cost. Guest access • Check-in: 3:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM • Additional guests: $10 per person per night after 2 guests • Late check-out: $15/hour (upon approval and availability) 💧 Note: The island may experience occasional water rationing after 10 PM. Emergency water gallons are available under the sink if needed. - Additional $ 10.00 per person per night after 2 ppl • If check out time is later than 11 am there is an an additional cost of $15.00 per hour, this is only possible if you consult with us and it is at our discretion to accommodate following guest check - in • NO PARTIES/LOUD MUSIC @ At anytime • Please adhere to 9 p.m. QUIET TIME Other things to note • Private Balcony with Seating for Two Balcony is DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA. • NO SMOKING INSIDE SERAPHIM MOUNTAIN SUITES • There is a charge placed on hold of $150 for any damages to property including furniture, loss of kitchen utensils, keys, towels, or any other related damages.
