Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around fencing, pools, stairs, balconies, kitchen utensils and cleaning chemicals. The owners are not responsible for any children staying at or visiting the property. Guest access You will have private use of the entire house and pool. Unlimited free parking is available on the street. There is no access to the garage. Laundry is located downstairs. Guest access There are some stairs to get down to the property so may be a concern for those with mobility issues. Other things to note We ask you to be respectful and considerate of our home and neighbours. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held on this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. We hope you understand our concerns and will respect our rules. While we love pets, we unfortunately do not allow them to stay at our home. Also please note we are planning to build a little studio in the area where the trampoline is. The construction is scheduled for mid May and would be finished by mid July. The studio would be locked up during your stay and the trampoline and BBQ moved onto the deck.
