These bed sizes are larger than those found in other accommodations in the area. Bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet and a bidet. Shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer are provided. *Living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 1 adult. In the living room, there is a flat screen TV with IPTV and Wi-Fi network. *Next to the living room, there is a balcony with four chairs that can be used as a smoking area. *The other part of the living room is the dining area with a nice dining table and 4 comfortable dining chairs. * The spacious kitchen is equipped with every comfort, namely: - Large fridge-freezer combination -Induction hob with all kinds of pans - Electric oven/grill - Microwave - kettle - Filter coffee machine - Bosch coffee pad machine also suitable for making chocolate milk or cappuccino - dishes and cutlery - Cleaning supplies Laundry room with washing machine and drying rack. -The two swimming pools are open from June 15th to September 15th. The deposit must be paid in advance to the host through a payment request. Before the moment of key receipt, the deposit must already be paid. The deposit will be refunded within 10 days of check-out if everything is in order. In the event of defects, the costs to compensate for these defects will be deducted from the deposit.
