Woolworths & Standard Market Company provide for those that prefer a night in. The space Welcome to my bright, cosy, comfortable abode. Its a little bit eclectic and kitsch but that’s the way I like it. Paradoxically, despite my love of a calming minimalist aesthetic in interior design - you will find everything you need here. My space is TV free. However, feel free to bring your own devices as most people do nowadays to make use of the high speed Wifi for your entertainment purposes. Two queen bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is equipped with an ensuite, mini library and private study nook. Bedroom 2 has a grandfather antique chair which can double as a pet bed if your little companion chooses. It has use of one private bathroom further along the hallway. The apartment is smart wired for those that choose to bring their work with them. A comfortable living space, with a two seater sofa, and additional chairs share the same space as the dining table. On the plant filled patio adjacent to the dining room is an outdoor Parisian cafe inspired space to sip an espresso or enjoy a charcuterie board and a cold drink while overlooking the sparkling pool below. Blackout blinds throughout and air conditioning allow for perfect temperature control in the heat of the summer. In addition, ceiling fans are in all rooms for those balmy Brisbane nights. The kitchen is fully equipped. A Nespresso coffee maker and pods, Aarke Sparkling water maker, blender for smoothies and a fruit and vegetable juicer are also available. The apartment comes with an internal laundry with washer/ dryer etc. Eco-friendly organic detergent is supplied. Enjoy your time at the expansive pool on level 4. The pool area is best enjoyed in the mornings when the sun hits the sun loungers. There is a shared barbecue space for all guests and residents. It is particularly vibrant on a Friday or Saturday night, when the pool area becomes alive with the many international guests and residents celebrating the end of the work week. The fully equipped gym is open 24 hours and accessible on Level 2 with your swipe card.
