The space The entrance opens onto the living room with a kitchen/dining area, a cozy living room, and a sleeping area with a 140*190 bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction stove, range hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and kettle and all the essential utensils. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower with toilet and a laundry area with washing machine, clothes rack and household equipment. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort. Guests can take advantage of Wi-Fi and a TNT TV. The residence has a green space and shared parking (free). All amenities and services are located less than a kilometer from the accommodation. Linens and towels are provided. A folding crib can be loaned.
