On the first level, there is a parking space for two vehicles, a dining room, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar that connects to the TV room. Also at the back of the house there is a nice outdoor garden dining room that integrates harmoniously with the living room and other micro spaces. The small but complete kitchen has a six-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender and cooking utensils. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, of which guests have access to two of them that have a double bed, air conditioning, blackout curtains and a lamp. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom. Guest access You can access all areas of the house except for a bedroom that is locked and marked with no access.
