Cozy, bright and loving. You will feel right at home in this almost 50 m² attic apartment. The beautiful view of the mountains and the fantastic moods of nature quickly allow you to arrive in the getaway. The many warm woods, natural materials and sleep in the Hüsler nest are particularly cozy. The diverse offerings of the region also lure you outside and leave nothing to be desired. The apartment is suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 toddlers up to school age. The space • THE BEDROOM offers the best sleep in the high-quality Hüsler-Nest (180 × 200). A bed can be added just like the one in the living room. A foldable baby crib and bed rail are also provided. An open shelf offers space for bags and suitcases. • THE LIVING ROOM has a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. One is attached to the wall, the upper one can be separated. A 10-inch tablet offers Internet, movies, series and music when needed. A TV is deliberately not provided. There are books, games and puzzles for entertainment. • THE KITCHEN is well equipped for 4 people. The only thing missing is a dishwasher, which is almost made up for by a beautiful view when washing dishes ;) • THE APARTMENT is very friendly for toddlers up to school age. Please simply enter children up to the age of 6 as toddlers in the request and note their age and needs/wishes. • THE BATHROOM has a bathtub with shower. Towels are provided. A lot is available in the apartment as we use the apartment ourselves. It may be used to the best of your knowledge and belief. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Guest access The staircase has a small area for shoes and sports equipment. Things can also be deposited there for a short time before check-in or after check-out. There is a laundry room with a washing machine for shared use. The dryer will be installed in the next few days. The laundry can be hung up to dry in the laundry room or on a small stand in the apartment. These two areas are shared with our family. Other things to note CHURCH BELL We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the apartment is located in the attic next to the village church. Also in Lenz, as in many communities, the church bells ring at 6 AM for morning prayer. This can be disruptive at first. However, our guests usually get used to it quickly. Unfortunately, we can't change this and thank you for your understanding. HOT WATER The house currently still has a boiler with limited hot water capacity. This is one of the reasons that the apartment is currently not suitable for more than 2 adults. ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION Two type 2 charging stations are located right next to the house in the public parking lot. PLAYGROUND Two small playgrounds and a sports field are located approx. 2 minutes' walk from the house at the schoolhouse. SKI LIFT The Lenz ski lift can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. It has a platter lift and a magic carpet. The Lenzerheide ski resort can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
