Cosy retreat in the Guinness and whisky district

Welcome to your charming ensuite room with a view! Our home is a labour of love which we enjoy sharing with guests :) Walking distance to the Guinness Factory, whiskey distilleries, Kilmainham Gaol, Phoenix Park and the Modern Art Museum. The tram is right outside the apartment and brings you to the city center (O'Connell Street & Trinity) in 15 minutes. Parking available on request. Booking: Please note CHECK-IN times. Include some info in your profile & your arrival times when booking. The space Our 3-bedroom apartment is spread over two stories. Your private, spacious, ensuite bedroom is upstairs, with a double bed, balcony, walk-in wardrobe, and wifi. The balcony looks out over beautiful landscaped gardens, canal, and mountains. You'll share the living room and kitchen with us. You're welcome to use the kitchen to make yourself tea, coffee, or light meals. We provide bedlinen, towels, shampoo and soap. We're always happy to recommend restaurants, activities, and any other information you need during your stay. Guest access Guests can access the whole house except our bedroom, office, and bathroom. The kitchen is available for coffee, tea, and light meals. During your stay We'll meet you on arrival and give you the keys. Some guests prefer to interact with us while others prefer to stay private. We're happy to do either based on time and preference! Just ask if we can do anything to help make your stay more comfortable. Other things to note - Please note the CHECK-IN time (3pm) and CHECK-OUT time (11am). - The apartment is on the second floor. There is no lift (elevator). - If you put food in the fridge during your stay, please remember to take it when you leave.
