The house offers a unique break in the town of CARILO, it is "hidden" between the pines and the sea, built with a viewpoint on its third floor with extraordinary views of the sea and the forest. It stands out for its good distribution of spaces. Ground floor: Entrance to the house with access to: -Living room with wood-burning fireplace and armchairs and sofa bed. - Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) - Dining room. -Laundry room. -Service room with two beds and full en-suite bathroom. -Exit to the patio overlooking the beach. -Exit to the quincho and the pool. -Toilet. 2. First floor: -Living room 2 with sofa bed + armchairs + TV + ocean view. -Three bedrooms: (the bedrooms are all on the first floor): Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a single double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bathroom has three layouts: sink (2) separate from the bathroom - bathroom with toilet and separate bidet with shower door. With air conditioning. With ceiling fan. With ocean view. With dressing room and small safe. With balcony. Room 2: two single beds - with en-suite bathroom. With ocean views. No air conditioning, only a ceiling fan. With balcony. Room 3: two single beds - no en-suite bathroom but with a bathroom in the hallway shared with living room 2. The room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Overlooking the forest and pool. With large balcony. 3. Second Floor- "viewpoint" this last floor has a 360 degree view, you can see the sea and the forest, it surrounds the whole house. Inside the top floor there is a toilet and a sofa bed. IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION: The house only has three bedrooms. Beds have 6 single beds (2 of them are in the service room) + 1 double bed (master bedroom). Extras: Closed garage for 2 cars. Uncovered parking inside the house for 3/4 cars. There is fiber optic wifi so you can work. Keep in mind that being in Pinamar the wifi is not the best.... All TVs are smart and there is cable. Not rented with children under 4 years of age. As you will see, the house is not entirely safe for small children, because of the stairs. (see photos) Not rented with large pets. Clarify if you want to come with small pets, there are conditions. We do not rent to groups of young people (18-25 years old). The house is ideal for families. I have a lot of videos where the property is better appreciated.
