The space The apartment is 75 sq. meters, has 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which is a suite, a guest bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer! In the living room, we have a comfortable sofa bed/double bed with a super comfortable mattress, and in addition, all rooms have blackout curtains!!! In the kitchen you will have at your disposal: refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, water filter, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. We have cable TV and split air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. On the balcony, we have a great hammock for your rest, a table with chairs and a wonderful view of the entire resort and park!! The apartment comfortably accommodates 6 adults. Our bed and bath linens are of great quality (Karsten and MMartan). The apartment has easy access for wheelchair users, but the bathrooms are not adapted!! Guest access Access to the spa, restaurant and services will be arranged directly with the resort. And tickets to Beach Park must be purchased separately, on the park's website or at the box office. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE 1- The leisure areas of the beach condominiums are open. 2 - Documentation is required for all guests. Minors unaccompanied by their legal guardians must, in addition to their documentation, present a copy of the documents and authorization of the guardians in writing specifically for the stay. 3 - We charge an electricity fee if it does not exceed the amount required per day. 4 - We provide ONE parking space. 5 - Private unit without hotel services (room service and breakfast). 6 - Visitors are not allowed. 7 - Voltage 220 v. 8 - We provide bed and bath linens for each guest during their stay. 9 - We provide 1 hairdryer. 10 - We offer a portable crib.
