Nestled right in the middle of the Salt Lake Valley, you are close to downtown, the mountains, and all the other great things Salt Lake City has to offer. Bring your pet too (See rules and fees below) The space This home is very centrally located in the Salt Lake Valley. Close to ski resorts, highways, the airport, and so much more that Salt Lake has to offer. Bring your pets too!! (see rules below) Please note this property is located in a bit more of a commercial area so you can hear a bit of a buzz when outside the property from the traffic. When inside the buzz does diminish but it's still a bit prominent in the living room and front bedroom. From time to time, you may hear vehicles driving by during peak hours in these areas. We are next to a popular lunch spot so you might see some vehicles parked in the parking lot next to the backyard during the day, but as you can see from the photos, we installed a fence covering to ensure privacy. The primary bedroom fireplace is currently non-operational and for looks only. We do not have cable at the property and only streaming services. Other things to note PET RULES: We allow (3) pets! You must agree to $25/night per pet fee, added to the booking total (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets.
