My place is right in the city centre. The address is Marti Street # 119, Apart. # 4, the apt. is on the 2nd floor of the building, the main floor is a store called "La quincallera" that's a very good reference if you are new in town. Close to my location you can find art, culture, restaurants, bars, shopping, night clubs and more. You’ll love my place because is 100% private NO SHARED ROOMS, the balcony faces the main street of the city, its cosiness, the comfy beds and the kitchen. Other things to note We recently opened very close to this location Iviricu Cafe where you can have a bite to eat, have breakfast, coffee, a beer and more. Check it out at @iviricucafe. Regarding Parking, other guests have used with no issues a Free Street parking around the corner where the City Hall is (Poder Popular), a private parking is also available close to this location. All guests must present the original passports at the time of the registration and must sign the registration book along with the tax declaration slip (FOR Cuban authority purposes only), (these are mandatory by the cuban authorities and THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGES of any kind when doing this)
