It is perfect with your family and friends. ***For the monthly stays, we will be requiring a fixed-term lease contract with the host. Please inquire with us for further details. The space This is a two-story house. Total of 44 squared meter house! ★Rooms The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. ★Bed room Maximum 5 persons capacity. 2 Double beds and 1 mattress. ★Cleaning There will be room service every 2 weeks that will include cleaning and changing the linen. Will be contacting you for further details and permission to enter the room. ★Facilities/Amenities ・Free WiFi (No usage limitation) ・TV ・Air conditioner with heating function(Each bedroom) ・Washer / Dryer ・Microwave ・Refrigerator ・Hot water ・Electric Cooking Stove ・Cups and Dishes ・Amenity goods (bath towel, face towel, shampoo, conditioner, body soap) ※There is no seasonings and toothbrushes We look forward to hosting you in the nostalgic old city. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. The area surrounding the site is a residential area. Please be quiet day and night. 1. Smoking is not allowed in the room. 2. Is there a place to leave my luggage? Unfortunately, there is no place to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, but there are large lockers and luggage storage near the nearest station. 3. Do you have a cleaning service during my stay? After check-out, the rooms are cleaned by our professional cleaning staff, and out of respect for your privacy, no one is allowed to enter the rooms during your stay except for you. 4. Can I check in early or check out late? We are sorry, but early check-in and late check-out are not available. 5. How can I get to my room?
