Experience a beautiful vacation surrounded by beautiful nature, between the sea and the mountains. The property is located in the beautiful fishing village of Maslenica, which provides a quiet and relaxed environment, as well as a wonderful view over the bay. Nevertheless, the apartments are very central and the nearest shops are in the immediate vicinity. Our new infinity pool can be used. The pebble beach is a 15-minute walk. The space The apartment: Our modern apartment can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the double bed in the bedroom and the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The apartment offers you a double room, bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen, living area incl. Pull-out sofa with sleeping option. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine (fully automatic), kettle, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. There are plenty of dishes. Towels and linens are provided by us. Our two apartments are on the 2nd floor of the house and have separate, spacious balconies with sea views. Since this year, you are welcome to use our newly built infinity pool. With its 10 x 5 m size, it offers plenty of space to swim, relax, sunbathe and enjoy. Around the pool you will find various beautiful loungers and seats. Furthermore, you are welcome to use the provided barbecue and the associated dining area in the garden of the house. The town of Maslenica: Our house is located a little above the village, which makes it quiet and above all offers a breathtaking view of the entire bay. Nevertheless, it is only a 15-minute walk to the beach promenade (pebble beaches). The village offers small cafes and restaurants along the beach. A small supermarket is very close. Location & excursions: The cultural city of Zadar is approx. 20-30 minutes by car from us. In general, many different activities and excursions can be organized and made in the area. Maslenica is an old, small, charming fishing village away from the hustle and bustle, but is still centrally located and directly connected to the highway. The village is located directly on the sea, below the Velebit mountain range. Due to the location, Maslenica is surrounded by some national and natural parks of outstanding importance. The national parks Plitvice Lakes, Kornati, Paklenica and Krka National Park are within about 50-80 km and are always worth a trip. The surroundings also offer opportunities for hiking or mountain biking. The pebble beaches in the village and the beach promenade have something in store for all ages. Various leisure activities such as boat and mountain tours or rafting on the river are offered in the village. The supermarkets and restaurants can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes. Due to the central location, day trips to the cities of Vodice, Sibenik, Trogir or Split are also possible. Guest access The property includes two apartments, both of which are rented out. Guests are welcome to use the barbecue area in the garden, as well as the outdoor dining area provided for this purpose. There is also a newly built infinity pool this year. Other things to note A visitor's tax of about €2 per person per night is added on site. The visitor's tax and the security deposit of €200 are due on arrival in cash.
