In addition on the extended deck overlooking the sea is a small splash pool off the main dining deck with sun loungers fully functional bar as well as an Ooni pizza oven. The unit is fully serviced and all linen and bath towels are supplied. There is a washing machine in the scullery for guests to use. A short walk onto the beach walkway, with an outdoor shower to rinse off at the unit entrance, makes this a very sought-after accommodation. Guest access The house is rented as a whole. Other things to note **Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.** The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. The property has a water cooling system, you are welcome to bring a 10l refill water bottle along. WHAT TO BRING: Toilet Paper Beach Towels Extra bath towels Bottled drinking water Charcoal + Fire Starters Adaptors for charging cell phones, laptops, etc. Garbage Bags Mosquito Repellent Washing Powder, Dishwashing tablets, Dishwashing Liquid Staff Tips There is a compulsory daily staff tip of R50 per day per staff member (3). Please ensure you have enough cash on you to pay on your departure day. The staff make beds, sweep, wash dishes, clean bathrooms, etc. The staff leave at 15h30 Clients can discuss and earlier departure with staff. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: A Refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable 1 month prior to arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure. EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No Pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut-off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules, I will retain the full breakage deposit. *Should a group of youngsters book the property, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision.*
