Convenient Location Situated near the Air Force and military area, with easy access to: Recreational Facilities: Bung Ta Lua Park, Golf Club, Tennis Court, Swimming Pool, and Horse Racing Track. Nearby Essential Amenities: - Laundromat (XpressWash) – Just 200m away. - Fresh Market, Convenience Stores, Cafés, Restaurants, and Pharmacy – Approximately 500m. - Petroleum Station – Nearby for easy refueling. Guest access Guests are welcome to access the gardens, courtyards, and the restroom at the storage house next to the car park. The first floor of Baan Café, both indoor and outdoor areas, is also open to guests. However, the second floor of Baan Café is a private host area and is not accessible. Other things to note 1) Military & Air Force Proximity – Our house is near a military base and an Air Force training area, so you may hear aircraft noise during training seasons. Access to Military Facilities – Some facilities within the military area are accessible to the public, including: - Golf Club - Swimming Pool - Tennis Court - Shooting Range - Horse Racing & Horse Riding - Bung Ta Lua Park is free and great for running, cycling in the morning or evening, and occasional fishing during the day. Shorter Route Through Military Base – If traveling through the base, be prepared to state your purpose and deposit an ID (e.g., National ID, Driver’s License) at the checkpoint. You’ll get it back when exiting. While driving through the base, drive slowly and turn off your headlights.
