Welcome to our charming two-bedroom annex nestled on the ridge of Saddle Hill, between the sea and the Taeri Plains, just 10 minutes away from the airport, 5 minutes from Mosgiel, and a short 20-minute drive from Dunedin city center! Our annex is a delightful retreat featuring modern amenities and breathtaking rural views. The space The most remarkable thing about our house is the stunning view of Taieri Plains, including all of Mosgiel. The Annex is modern and spacious, fashionably decorated and very peaceful. Guest access The guest only rooms are two queen bedrooms (one with walk in closet), a luxurious bathroom, and a small corridor. Guests are also welcome to use the shared spaces with the hosts: living room with open fire and feature dining table, the deck and garden with hammock and magnificent views, and the small kitchen by prior arrangement Other things to note We do have a medium sized dog who's usually very chilled. Let us know if we need to shut her away for yourvisit. This property may be unsuitable for dog allergy sufferers
