There are many restaurants and shops close to the apartment. Comfortable and warm apartment with exposed beams that give it a lot of charm and which has been completely renovated with quality materials: solid oak flooring, travertine bathroom, kitchen with solid oak countertop and induction hobs. Very quiet apartment with new double glazed windows. You'll truly feel like Parisians. You will be welcomed in person by myself (no keys left in a box) to show you the apartment, explain how the appliances work, and answer any questions you may have. I pay special attention to your arrival. You can arrive early or late without penalty. I'll adapt. The accommodation (2 beds / 1 bedroom): Close to many Parisian sites and monuments, such as Le Marais, the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Place des Vosges, the Châtelet-Les Halles district, the Carnavalet Museum, the Pablo Picasso Museum, the Louvre, etc. Located 10 meters from Rambuteau metro (line 11) and a few minutes from Chatelet les Halles (metro 1, 4, 7, 11 and RER A and B). The "RER B" allows you to get to Roissy Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports, Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est or Gare de Lyon. The 51 m2 apartment (about 550 square feet) can accommodate up to 4 people, because in addition to the main double bed (Queen size (1.60 m by 2 m) with integrated mattress topper) located in the bedroom, there is also in the living room a sofa bed (Japanese futon) that converts in the evening in 1 minute into a comfortable double bed (1.40 m by 2 m). The two windows in the living room have blackout curtains while the bedroom overlooking a small inner courtyard has an electric shutter. The apartment is located on the third floor without elevator access (fourth floor according to American methodology), as in most old buildings in the neighborhood. From the month of May, the view from the living room is green because it is located just above the treetops. As you will be greeted in person by myself, I could carry your luggage to the apartment. I will explain the full operation of the apartment and will be able to answer your questions about Paris, local stores or any other questions. A pharmacy, open until 8:30 p.m., is located 20 meters from the apartment. You just have to cross the street to go to the supermarket, which is open until 11 p.m. A bakery located a 3-minute walk away is open until midnight. I will be available throughout your stay. Being a residential building, silence must be respected from 10 p.m., respecting the residents. Flexible check-in and check-out. You can enjoy the apartment until 7 p.m. on the last day.
