Quiet apartment close to all amenities, ideal for 4 people with tasteful decor, in the secure Cap City residence. You will have private parking at the foot of the building. You will be close to: - Môle beach (6 min walk) and Roquille (15 min walk) - the port (7 min walk) - shops (3 min walk from the Allée de la Flânerie). You will find a caterer, two supermarkets, a bakery, snacks, a pharmacy and a multitude of shops. The space In terms of sleeping arrangements, you will have at your disposal: - one bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed - a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress: 140 x 190 - in the entrance: 2 bunk beds for children - a travel crib with "integrated" changing table You will find pillows and duvets. Linens and towels are not provided. Optional rental: €25 per person (fitted sheets, duvet covers, small and large towels, washcloths, bath mats, tea towels and hand towels). Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator access. Beeps and codes are required to access the apartment. They will be given to you by the person in charge of your welcome. For these terms, we will contact you in the days before your arrival. Check-in time: from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. at the latest Check-out time: 10 a.m. maximum Other things to note The kitchen is equipped, you will have at your disposal: - a dishwasher - a 4-burner induction plate + hood - a microwave - a mini oven - a filter coffee maker + a Dolce Gusto coffee maker - a kettle - a toaster You can enjoy your meals in peace, without being overlooked, on the loggia. The apartment is air-conditioned. Someone will meet and greet you to hand you the keys and open the gate. They will also be present when you check out. You will have on arrival, for your 1st day, a few capsules of coffee, tea, herbal tea, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and tea towels. Cleaning is included in the price. A deposit check of €500 (or cash or transfers made in advance) will be requested on the day of your arrival for any damage. We ask that you throw out your garbage, empty the dishwasher and refrigerator. No pets are allowed.
