3-bedroom apartment in the traditional Triana neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walking distance from the famous Triana Bridge, which connects this neighbourhood with the historic centre of Seville. It's, indeed, an excellent location to visit the main tourist attractions on foot. It has been meticulously designed and decorated to ensure guests' comfort during their stay. The space The flat has 3 bedrooms, the first with a double bed (150x190cm) and the other 2 with a single bed each (90x190cm). It is an ideal distribution for guests to enjoy their independence during their stay. In addition, the flat has a comfortable and bright living room, great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The living room has a sofa-bed, TV and dining table. It also has a separate work area. The bathroom is fully renovated, has a large walk-in shower and is equipped with a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and kitchenware, as well as large appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave) and small appliances (coffee machine, kettle, toaster...). The flat has hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and in the 3 bedrooms. WiFi is also available. Guest access Guests will have private access to 100% of the property. Other things to note Access to the flat is possible from 4pm onwards. However, there is flexibility and it would be possible to receive you earlier (subject to possibility). Check-out is at 11am. However, we have a late check-out service which allows you to leave later if it is compatible with other bookings (subject to availability).
