Welcome to 'The Little Tuscan Villa'! Shaun and I are thrilled to share our labor of love, bringing warmth and European charm to Stanthorpe. Just a 4min walk to town, our 3-bedroom villa offers a stunning bathroom, cozy lounge with DVD collection, record player and an Arcade Game Table! The beautiful kitchen leads to a Mediterranean-style outdoor dining area with beautiful water features and Italian-inspired brickwork. As you step inside, you'll be surrounded by the warmth of European charm, cosy furnishings and reminders of an idyllic Italian getaway. The villa boasts three luxurious bedrooms and an exquisite bathroom, adorned with antique gold tapware, a solid concrete bath and a century-old coloured glass window steeped in a history all its own. The curved stone mosaic shower, complimented by a beautiful leadlight window, overlooks the tranquil backyard gardens. For culinary enthusiasts, the Tuscan-style kitchen is a haven of inspiration, equipped with brand new appliances and adorned with a handcrafted Italian tile mural. Whether you're cooking up a storm or prefer to savour your morning coffee at the kitchen island, every moment is infused with the essence of Italian flavour. The heart of the home lies in the rustic timber dining area, where a generously sized table accommodates gatherings of up to 8 people, offering panoramic views of the lush surroundings - illuminated by a captivating leadlight chandelier depicting grapes and Italian landscapes. As a nod to nostalgia, the classic 'Hankin' Arcade Game Table awaits, promising hours of retro entertainment with timeless favorites such as Pacman, Space Invaders, Galaga, Frogger etc…those who know, know! Immerse yourself in the ambience of yesteryears with our Technics Hifi system and selection of vinyl records, transporting you back to the timeless melodies of the past. In the cosy lounge room, adorned with plush seating and a crackling fireplace, unwind with a glass of wine from local wineries or immerse yourself in a movie from the extensive DVD collection, all showcased on a generous 65” flatscreen TV. As you step outside, we hope you feel encapsulated by the charm of our Mediterranean-inspired gardens, where our undercover timber arbour entwined with grapevines, sets the scene for al-fresco dining. This expansive area boasts fruit trees, olive trees, and a central water fountain feature, while a stunning lion water trough pays homage to Italian architectural heritage. A sunken firepit, nestled beneath the sprawling branches of a majestic oak tree, beckons you to gather around and toast marshmallows under the starlit sky.
