While we do live up the driveway, the carriage house is a completely separate dwelling and very private! It is also within easy access of many Indianapolis hot spots such as Broad Ripple Village, Carmel City Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, and Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The space Fun fact: this comfy carriage house was initially built in the early 1900's to actually house a horse-drawn carriage and its driver! While we can certainly promise this modern unit does not maintain any barn-like qualities, we welcome you to enjoy this spacious and newly renovated accommodation. This 1 bed, 1 bath second-floor space also includes a couch that converts to a pull-out bed to welcome additional guests. Washer and dryer units are also available within the unit, making this an optimal option for long-term stays.
