Out to the garden, you come through the conservatory and the spacious staircase that leads down to the lawn. On the intermediate level there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the basement there is a large corner sofa, large TV, desk and from there you can reach the laundry room where there is also a shower. In the basement there is a separate toilet.
