Completely renovated country house with swimming pool. Overlooking the small Escalmels valley, quiet and full of charm in a large wooded property away from any neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay with family! Ideally located on the border of Lot and Cantal to discover beautiful classified sites! The space The house consists of a large, very bright living room (direct access to the terrace) overlooking the small valley with a beautiful stone fireplace equipped with a wood-burning stove and brand new, fully equipped open kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle...
