Guests will appreciate 4 spacious bedrooms each with their own TV. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Guests may park in the garage, driveway or off street. The house has two balconies off the upstairs bedrooms as well as two huge decks off the first level living & dining spaces. Due to the balconies, stairs and how tall the house is, children must be supervised at all times. As the renter, it is your responsibility to make sure everyone is safe inside and outside the home. We have a nicely stocked kitchen with dishes, glassware, pots pans, etc, as well as a washer and dryer you may use. We also have a selection of beach chairs, toys & beach towels and a cooler you may borrow. Other things to note Please note this space is two story and has steel stairs and high balconies. The split levels and narrow bathroom door openings also make the downstairs bathroom not wheelchair accessible unfortunately. There is one bedroom and one bathroom located on the main floor. The driveway is steep and sharp at one point. If you're driving a vehicle with a very low profile I recommend parking in the street in front of the house. This is an older home and there are imperfections.
