The space 30 m² Provençal mazet separated into 2 spaces: a sitting area, dining area, TV, and a sleeping area, bathroom and separate toilet. 4-star furnished tourist accommodation. Nestled on the heights of Saint-Hippolyte, you will have access to the start of the hiking trail and GR 50 meters from the farmhouse. Enjoy the calm and surrounding nature. Access the Rocalinaud rock, the Beaumes de Venise vineyard, the picturesque village of La Roque-Alric or the Château du Barroux on foot. A few kilometers further on, browse the Dentelles de Montmirail. Guest access You will enjoy the Mas Benette and its surroundings exclusively for you, your access and parking are dedicated to you. Access to the cottage is via the terrace with a 10 cm step to access the living room through the bay window. Our house is 50 meters away which allows us to remain discreet and be available if needed. Other things to note The configuration of the Benette farmhouse can be dangerous for a baby learning to walk. There is a risk of climbing the terrace railing. Therefore, I do not recommend booking with babies over one year old
