Each guest must have a wristband to use community amenities. Some amenities (outdoor pools, trolley service) are seasonal - please send an inquiry to confirm which ones are available if renting off-season. Water views are seen from the great room, dining area, gameroom, pool deck, covered 2nd floor deck (with a double swing), upper decks, and in 4 out of 5 bedrooms. Kayaking, crabbing, jet skiing, paddle boarding and parasailing are just a short walk away. The beautiful Historic Corolla Park is one mile away and offers wide green spaces, beautiful sunset views along the sound and features three unique attractions – Whalehead, a 1920’s era architectural masterpiece and museum, the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and the Center for Wildlife Education. Security cameras installed to cover outdoor access into the home and will not be directed at pool or hot tub areas.
