Outside safely fenced space for the kids, and plenty of room inside for the whole family to relax and enjoy. This house has filtered water and central heating throughout. The space This newly built home is the perfect spot the whole family to relax and unwind. With a Ping Pong table for those more competitive guests, and just quick drive to the new local shopping centre to pick up whatever you need to cook the perfect meal. Bedroom One: Queen bed with en-suite Bedroom Two: Queen bed Bedroom Three: Two single beds Guest access When you book a stay at this beautiful Taupō home, you'll have full and private access to the property during your stay. We do kindly ask that there be NO parking on lawns, to avoid damaging the irrigation system, thank you. To ensure your safety, security cameras are installed at the front of the property. Other things to note CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES - Unless confirmed in advance via the Guest Portal link, check-in is 3.00pm, and check-out is before 10:00am on your final day. Cleaning rosters are set a week in advance and the team start at 10:00am, thank you. LINEN - Please strip the sheets and pillows placing them in the bathroom together with bath and kitchen towels and cloths. Please do not strip duvets as they are washed separately. (No need to wash any linen please as this is done professionally). KITCHEN - If a dishwasher is provided please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Alternatively please handwash your dishes and put them away. Please do not turn the fridge/freezer off. RUBBISH - Two bags and a recycling bin are provided free of charge. These are located under the kitchen sink, with bins outside. Any surplus rubbish, please leave in rubbish bags beside the bins. Please contact us if this is an issue for any reason. BEFORE LEAVING - Please check that all doors are locked and windows are shut, lights, electric blankets, the heat pump and/or heaters are turned off, and return the key to the lockbox. Please double check the house, and lawns before leaving as we often find lost property. Any lost property will be kept for a maximum of 3 weeks before being discarded. We will happily courier any lost property back to you - if requested, a postage and handling fee will be incurred. DAMAGE OR MAINTENANCE ISSUES - Please report any accidental property damage or maintenance issues as you come across them and prior to departure so that we can resolve issues before our next guests arrive. FEES - Unfortunately a $50 fee will be incurred via AirBnB to cover any extra cleaning required due to any of the above rules not being followed. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
