Villa Alfredo
Description
Welcome to Villa Alfredo; an almost 100-year-old bricklayer's villa that I have restored myself with respect for the history of the house and with lots of charm and village idyll. My home should be cozy and warm and invite you to find peace. Here's everything you want, wrapped neatly in coziness and retro style. Forest and beach are just around the corner. Legoland is about a 35-minute drive from here. And now you might be wondering why the house is called Alfredo?! The answer is on the dining table when you arrive. See you The space You are welcomed inside on the ground floor where there is an entrance with a small guest toilet under the stairs, living room, kitchen, bathroom, back hallway with washing machine. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and 2 additional rooms. One with a nice sofa bed, which is folded out as a double bed. The other with a single bed and a mattress. There's DR and TV2 Play on the TV. Guest access The whole house is for your free use. I put towels, dish towels and tea towels out and of course there are clean sheets on arrival if you want them👌 My guitars in the living room are some of my dearest possessions. So if you're a guitarist, give me a number. If not, then they are only for decoration... Other things to note There is beautiful nature right outside the door; you are in the woods after a 5-minute walk, the beach and marina are a 10-15 minute walk. There are mountain bike trails in the woods. Legoland is about a 35-minute drive from here.
