The space Welcome to Verity Studio, a hotel room style studio with a courtyard area. It is a fully contained attached studio with its own private interior, courtyard and private entrance. No shared facilities. Lounge in the oasis-like private courtyard, catch the gentle early morning sun early on the sofa, and some nights you might even hear the waves. According to our recent guest; "Everything is high quality and super clean". Inside you'll find a beautiful ensuite decorated with handmade tiles, a comfortable Queen bed with a lamb wool quilt and all the linen is high grade cotton, a gorgeous SMEG retro style mini-fridge for your bottles of wine and water and a matching SMEG mini-ketttle in the tea and coffee making section to get you started for the day. Perfect for couples or close friends. Please note the studio is not set up for children. Need to Know: *We do not provide Wi-Fi (screen-free time) *No cooking facilities are available (hotel room setup). We can give you the best tips on where to eat out at local cafes, bakeries, restaurants, pubs, wineries and breweries or just take a picnic to eat at the beach, Plantation Point or the picnic designated area of nearby Greenfield Beach. * Part of a larger private residence, the residing owners live upstairs. Guest access Private entrance right hand side of house by the fence, the studio is tucked away on the right hand side of house. There are security lights for night time access. Parking is on premises, on the right side of the house. As this property has a shared driveway we ask you to please NOT park in front on the white garage doors. Please be courteous. Backyard and its facilities are for main residents only. There are no shared facilities. The Beach is a very close walk from the house. Other things to note - We do not provide wi-fi (screen-free time). - Don’t forget your beach towels! - No cooking facilities are available. - Part of a larger private residence, the residing owners live upstairs. You have your own entry, private interior and courtyard and no shared facilities. - Strictly NO SMOKING inside the studio, or in the surrounding premises. Charges apply if this rule is broken. - Noise is to be kept to a minimum AFTER 11PM. - You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. - Backyard is for the main house residents Only. You have a private patio/courtyard area. - Please note if towels are misused or stained with make-up, fake tan or something else a charge will be incurred. - No responsibility is taken for guests’ personal items left on the premises. - We do not take responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay or any additional expenses caused. - If you break anything, please tell us. We know accidents happen and are much more likely to be understanding if you're upfront with us. Otherwise, all damages must be paid for in full. - Please ensure all amenities are not removed from the room, charges will apply if items go missing. - Check in time is not before 2pm.
