This home has truly been a place for us to rest and enjoy the newly developed Northwest area of Edmonton. This home was built in 2023 so it is fairly new and we have personally got to enjoy it as our Holiday Home away from home. We have now decided to open it up to visitors such as yourself to also experience and enjoy this peaceful space. This home's decor is fashioned with Urban Barn furniture's & drapery. With this stylish touch of simplicity, you will feel right at home. ★This home is self-catering so please stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries, desired meals and any additional items you may need during your stay. ★ Please read the listing carefully before booking. If you need AC please book a home with those specific wants ★ This home does not have Air Conditioning ★ ★ Please note there is another Guest Suite downstairs of the home. It may also be occupied during your stay. Please be mindful with noise levels. The Guest suite has its own separate entry and you will not have any problems with guests accessing the main area of the Home. ★ We hope you enjoy it as much as we have. (The Right side is for the downstairs guest) Other things to note ★Please keep in mind that you are guests in someone else's loved home, so we ask that you please treat the space with respect & care. For respect for our neighbor's and Guests downstairs we ask that you keep the noise level to a minimum especially after hours which is after 10 pm. ★ Food & Drinks Are not allowed In Any of the bedrooms and washrooms. Food is permitted only in the main dining area and kitchen space. ★ ★ Late Check out’s must be requested 24 hours beforehand. Cleaning teams arrive promptly at 11 am. 50$ charge will be incurred if over the check out time. ★ Please note: The property is on an instant book basis which is through the Airbnb system. The reservation may be cancelled due to guests with new profiles & their requests may undergo a manual screening and possibly some questioning as to the nature of the trip before a reservation may be confirmed. We do ask that guests obtain at least 1 review from a previous host. ★ This home is self- catering so please stop by your nearest supermarket to pick up any toiletries or additional items you may need during your stay. We do not supply them for the duration. ★ Absolutely No Parties Allowed ★ ★ No smoking in the home or on premises. ★ ★ please note our neighbourhood is quite close together. We ask that if you have more than one vehicle that you park the second one down the street for more flexibility for our other neighbours.
