Private rustic bohemian beach front property.We are a Salvadoran-Canadian artist and restaurant owner and are bilingual. One block from the restaurants on the beach and can have food delivered to the house or walk to the restaurant and enjoy a futbol match while you eat. We are updating the property bit by bit so the property is priced competitively. We are flexible to meet your needs during your stay, whether it be to host an event or add more rooms and guests to your booking so just ask! The space There are two dormitory style rooms with private bathrooms and 5 new semi-matrimonial beds each. You have full access to the bar, pools (2 ft kids pool and 5ft adult pool), kitchen and the lawn chairs and tables can be moved to watch the sunset. There are two small rooms that can be arranged to be opened should you have more guests. There is a caretaker on the premises who has a room with access off the parking lot, and can assist if you have any questions. He only speaks Spanish, but there is a land line and we can assist should you need. There is a tv with cable and WiFi so you can catch up on the news or the kids can watch a movie post swim. You can bring groceries from Sonsonate, or there is a small market with limited hours and a vegetable market at the entrance. You can also take a Tuk tuk to the seafood Market for about $1 each way. The two main restaurants are a block away and can be accessed from the beach. Catering and transport can be arranged at a discounted price, as well as boat tours or day trips.
