The Valle Suite is a space designed for couples looking for a place to spend special moments. Located in the rural area of São Sebastião, the Valle Suite offers rest and tranquility. A super private and exclusive environment for couples. Come and see! The space The Valle Suite is located in a new, developing neighborhood of São Sebastião, in the rural area. The Suite has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a heated indoor bathtub with an adjustable ceiling that allows viewing of the sky. In the outdoor area you have a place to park the vehicle, a fire pit area, a small deck, a sun lounger and a barbecue grill. The Valle Suite has high walls and a lot of privacy. The water supply is through an artesian well, sometimes the water may come in a darker/yellowish tone. Guest access The Valle Suite space is surrounded by high walls, ensuring maximum privacy. The entire space is for the guest's exclusive use, without sharing it with others. Other things to note It is the guest's responsibility to bring: Pillows; Bedding; Blankets; Towels; Personal items and all kinds of hygiene items such as shampoo, soap, etc. Everything you consume, including beverages, food, spices, and everything that involves the ingredients for preparation. Please note! The cleaning fee does not cover dishes, and it is the guest's responsibility to leave them clean. The water supply is through an artesian well, sometimes the water may come in a darker/yellowish tone. Because we are in a rural area where the water comes from artesian wells, it may happen that the water is not completely crystal clear like the water that is supplied in cities. The place is intended for rest, without loud music or car sound. - It is not allowed to bring speakers, even if they are small. We will provide the only one that can be used between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. - Car stereos are not allowed. - There are neighbors nearby, as informed, the space is located within a new neighborhood, in the rural area of São Sebastião, with houses under development. - Venomous animals may appear, a typical feature of rural areas. - The cleaning fee does not cover cleaning dishes and organizing garbage. It is the guest's responsibility to deliver the space with organized garbage and without dishes. (subject to a fine in the amount of the cleaning fee)
