Refined, elegant and original apartment 7 km from Lugano, in a hilly position, on Monte Brè. With spectacular views of the Gulf of Lugano, in a position for walks in the Canton of Ticino area. The space The apartment is refined, elegant and panoramic, with a large window from which you can admire the Gulf of Lugano and much of the Lake and which overlooks a balcony (with table and chairs) that can be used for eating or simply for a little relaxation. There are two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The furniture is modern and functional to the needs of guests. In the living room there is a well-equipped open kitchen, with dishes, pots, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower. Towels, bed linens and pool towels will be provided. The apartment is located inside a residential condominium with a swimming pool heated to 26° and open from May to October. There is a shared laundry/ironing room. Your four-legged friends are welcome. Parking is free. A tourist tax of CHF 3.25 per person per day is required, excluding guests under 14 years of age, to be paid on site. Guest access Inside the residence, guests have access to a well-equipped lounge with tables, chairs, umbrellas, deck chairs, a sofa with cushions, and a ping pong table. There is a swimming pool inside the residence that can be used from May to October, unless otherwise indicated. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 1st floor, without an elevator.
