Mobile home cabin

Relax in one of our 2 4-person mobile homes, all wood-clad and beautifully designed with a large wooden terrace. Close to Mirepoix and Camon, they are located in a charming little campsite, in the middle of an oak grove🌳 with swimming pool 🏊‍♀️and stunning views of the Pyrenees🌄. 🛌 Bed linen not provided. Possibility to rent on site (see conditions). Activities around: greenway by bike, walks, Lake Montbel, kayaking... 🐕‍🦺 1 pet** allowed under certain conditions The space Our two "cabin mobile homes" are identical and close to each other. Like fraternal twins, the terrace of one of the two hosts a tree 🌳 that we could not bring ourselves to cut down! They will be assigned to you according to their availability. See photos. They are for 4 people and consist of: - 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140 x 190, 2 single beds of 80 x 190), equipped with pillows, duvets, mattress covers and pillows, - Heaters (in both bedrooms, bathroom, living room), -🥘🍉 Equipped kitchen (fridge, 2-burner gas hob, microwave, electric coffee maker, dishes and cooking utensils), - 🪑🍽️ A living room area with large bay window, with 1 table and 4 chairs, - A bench 🛋️for a reading moment, - 🪥🚿Bathroom with sink and shower, - 🚽Separate toilet, - ☕ Covered wooden terrace with 2 armchairs, an outdoor table and 4 chairs. Important: for your comfort, the options below are offered and to be booked by contacting us no later than the day before your arrival (to be paid on site): - Bed linen and towels* (fitted sheets, sheets, pillowcase, towel) can be provided for an extra fee on request (Rental: €10/double bed/stay and €6/single bed/stay). - 🐕‍🦺Pet accepted** (1 maximum in the accommodation - vaccination record - Dogs of categories 1 and 2 prohibited - internal regulations): Option €2/day. - The end of stay cleaning is to be done by you. However, we also offer a short-stay cleaning package (3 nights maximum) for €20 and a long-stay cleaning package (+ 3 nights) for €35. 💡Please take out the trash, do your dishes... So if you don't take the linen option, don't forget to bring your sheets, pillowcase, mattress cover as well as your towels and dishcloth😊. 🚴🚵We have electric mountain bikes and hybrid bikes for rent at a rate of 17 euros per 1/2 day and 25 euros per day. Other things to note This is a home offered in a small family campsite and offering various services on site. In high season: check-in time 4 p.m. - check-out 10 a.m. (weekly rental, from Saturday to Saturday) In low season: - 2 nights minimum 🩲👙Swimsuit required 🌞 No beach outfit. Swimming pool open from May to September (contact us for exact opening dates) The pizzeria 🍕 is open in the evening on weekends in low season. During the school holidays (July & August) the snack bar is open in the mornings and evenings of the week (one evening closed). 🪧Best Practices: We would appreciate it if you could: ➡️Smoke outside the accommodation, ➡️Wash, dry, store dishes before you leave, ➡️Dispose of garbage in the containers at the entrance to the site, according to the sorting displayed, ➡️Respect the calm of the site, we want all our guests to be able to enjoy their stay in peace. A few small rules are in place, including no vehicle traffic and quiet throughout the site from 10 p.m. ➡️Make the rental clean (clean all surfaces) and empty your refrigerator. Possibility to take the cleaning option for short and long stays (€25 and €35 - payment on site - inform us before your arrival) A deposit may be required upon arrival.
