Harbour Hills is high in the hills of Ingonish Harbour. You overlook the Atlantic Ocean, Ingonish Harbour and the misty Smoky Mountain Range. Harbour Hills, the home, is located in a private pastoral setting surrounded by mature trees on a 2.5 acre site. Centrally located in the village, we are literally minutes away from the beach, the harbour, the national park, the ski hill and the golf course. If you're looking for a country experience on the Cabot Trail you have found it here. The space Harbour Hills the Home, was totally refurbished in 2024 with absolutely new and spacious accommodation. The home is ideal for extended family visits, adult groups, travelling couples or the single traveller. Harbour Hills is tastefully appointed with generous living and entertaining space, full kitchen, two full bathrooms, laundry facilities and four bedrooms. The covered veranda, overlooking the meadow and misty Smoky Mountains is ideal for outdoor relaxation. Available on inquiry is the 2 bedroom annex. Ideal for the kids and teens on extended family gathering or ski vacations. There is free parking available for multiple vehicles. Being centrally located in the village of Ingonish Beach, we are literally minutes by walking, active transportation or vehicle to shopping, beaches, the harbour, the national park, the ski hill and the golf course. If you're looking for a country experience on the Cabot Trail you have found it at Harbour Hills. Guest access At Harbour Hills parking is free. Access to the property will be provided by self check in. The house is accessed by pass code lock. The code will be provided prior to your arrival. Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am. If you need more time on either side of your visit, check with us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. For your part, send us an email to let us know when you plan to arrive and when you have left. It really helps with our scheduling of cleaning and other services. Other things to note This is a country home and being in the country there is the occasional squirrel or mouse that you might hear scampering. Easiest way to mitigate any concerns in this department, is to clean up after cooking. Do not leave food out on the counter. Put refuse and organics in the containers provided. There is plenty of storage space in the cupboards and fridge for a pretty big crew. Please give us an estimate of your arrival time and text us or email us when you leave at the end of your stay. This really helps with the scheduling of the cleaning and maintenance. Hey, we have lots of towels and linens for your use in side the house. Please - don't take them to the beach - that is in your court to supply. And shoes - please leave them at the door or on the veranda - it really helps Danita keep the place sparkling. Finally, pets. Yes we allow them. Please keep them off the furniture and clean up after them both inside and outside the house. Your awesome.
