2 Adjacent Units - Fits 8 guests

Have fun with family and/or friends at this stylish and newly furnished units at S Residences close to Mall of Asia. It is 2 adjacent units with separate door entrance, no direct passthru. Each unit has a kitchen, bathroom, living/dining/bedroom areas. Bedrooms have no doors but is nicely separated from the living/dining area so you can do your work if you wish to. Netflix provided in unit, use your account to access other streaming apps, some are free. WIFI up to 200MB, can fluctuate. The space Please note: 1. Check-in time is 4PM, checkout time is 11AM. 2. Maximum of 8 sleeping and non-sleeping guests all together regardless of age, no exceptions due to Admin Office and Building restrictions 3. Pool is available at Tower 1, pool in Tower 3 where the unit is is not available yet. Fee is PHP150 per person per day on regular days, PHP300 per person per day on holidays that guests must purchase from admin office (M-F 9AM-5PM, Sat 9AM to noon, close on Sundays, please plan ahead we won't be responsible if you can't access the pool due to no purchase voucher). Maximum of 4 guests can swim at the same time. 4. There is paid parking in another Sea Residences complex, we don't have our own. PLEASE NOTE ON MAJOR EVENTS SUCH AS NEW YEAR'S EVE, PARKING CAN BE DIFFICULT. 5. Pets are not allowed, no exception. 6. No smoking. 7. We need ID of each guest. It must be uploaded here at Airbnb by noon 2 days before your check in date if arriving from Wednesday to Saturday. If checking in from Sunday to Tuesday, we need all IDs by noon Thursday the latest, if there's holiday we will normally need your IDs 4 days before the holiday. Otherwise your entry cannot be guaranteed and you will loose your payment. 8. WHILE WE ARE CLOSE TO MOA PLEASE MAP ONLINE THE DRIVING AND WALKING DISTANCE FROM S RESIDENCES TO YOUR DESTINATION AS DISTSNCE CAN BE SUBJECTIVE. Thank you.
