Imagine: you wake up to the sound of the Cuckoo, step outside into the garden, breathe the fresh air and look at the natural beauty around you with the mountains in the distance, supported only by the sound of birds, crickets and the wind. That's what it feels like to go back to nature. That's what it's like to stay in Arode Nature Villa Bellevue. The space In a lovely quiet secluded and traffic-free part of the village of Katselovo, on top of the hill with beautiful views over the wooded valley, the village and the hills in the distance, is this 2-story villa in a beautiful large garden. The ground floor is a practically arranged open living space of 35 m2 with a large U-shaped kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area for 10 people, sitting area with a large (double) sofa bed and 42-inch TV with Nintendo Wii, and an original (usable) old stove. Due to the 70 cm thick natural stone walls, it is always pleasant here in terms of temperature, but there is also air conditioning for cooling and heating. Heating can also be done with the renovated antique stove (firewood is not included). The second floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase, consists of three double bedrooms (all equipped with air conditioners for both cooling and heating), a complete bathroom and a very wide landing with children's play corner and an extra sofa bed. The Master Bedroom, equipped with a 180cm-wide double bed with 210cm extra long mattresses, also has a 37-inch TV with retro game console. From the balcony at the front door you have an amazing view over the garden and the valley. The garden of 1550 m2 makes this a real nature villa: it is actually your main living area. The main feature is of course the 5 meter round swimming pool (1.35m deep) with its terrace with sun loungers and sun shower. Furthermore, the garden consists of a grass landscape with all kinds of fruit trees, a campfire place and various seating arrangements and hammocks. Directly in front of the house is a tiled terrace with dining tables and chairs for 10 people under a pergola with grapes, and just next to it is another terrace with barbecues (coal/wood and gas). There is a large volleyball/badminton/petanque/mini-goal soccer playing field, and next to it is a playground for the children with swings, climbing equipment, sandpit and a large trampoline. And all that with a view you say WOW:). Guest access The entire house and plot Other things to note Wood and coal for the oven or barbecue are not available. Gas for the gas barbecue is available. Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is of course only available from mid-May to mid-September, and depending on the weather! In the months of July and August (and in other very dry periods), open fires are prohibited due to fire hazards. Unfortunately, no campfire is allowed. You can use the barbecues during these periods.
