Surrounding the Avida condominium are schools, government institutions, offices, hospitals and malls so you’re always close to everything that matters. We have five (5) units in the property to choose from. The space Our unit is ideal for two (2) primary guests, and we offer a competitive daily rate. To enhance our occupancy, we are pleased to accommodate one (1) additional guest plus one (1) child (aged 4 years and below) at no extra charge, making use of the pull-out bed for a comfortable night's rest. For the pull-out bed, we provide two (2) pillows, two (2) towels, one (1) bedsheet, and one (1) large blanket suitable for two people. Please note that the complimentary hygiene kit and coffee (or tea) are available only for the two (2) primary guests. Guest access Guests may stay fit throughout the stay by using our gym on the 1st floor beside the multipurpose hall. Access pass is available at the concierge. A P200/head per hour shall be collected per reservation. —- Swimming pool is open Tuesdays to Sundays and Holidays. Pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning and maintenance. Day swimming (7am-6pm) pool rates: P100/head weekends P75/head weekdays Night swimming (6:30pm-9pm) pool rates: P150/head weekends P100/head weekdays Please inform concierge upon check in for reservations.
