Cozy guesthouse by the sea

Right in front of you is the sea and with Bohuslän's amazing archipelago - you have come to the paddlers' paradise! In this unique and cozy place you can recharge your batteries and enjoy all the seasons of the year. "Kosebu" is a newly built and modern guest house where you can enjoy your coffee in the bed post on the window sill, while you look out over the sea. You can explore the idyllic surrounding areas or seek life and bustle in Grebbestad, which is a 20-minute walk away. The space Kosebu has 3 beds - a single frame mattress in the window post with the world's finest view, and a double sofa bed and the view from here is not bad either. The kitchen is equipped with 2 hobs, fridge and what you need of kitchen utensils to cook a delicious meal. There is a bathroom with shower. In front of Kosebu there is a lovely porch where you can sit and enjoy the view over the sea. Kosebu is located adjacent to the main house called Havblikk. It is a white house, with a red roof and a large porch with glass railings. For parking, you can drive in the road to the main cabin and park down in the parking lot, so that other cars can come past. If you want to take a dip, there are great rocks and beaches at the end of Sövallsvägen. If you continue along the lake, you will come to the boathouses at Krossekärr and then to picturesque Grönemad. If you continue even further along the coast, you can explore the Munkkyrkan. Sövall is a quiet and peaceful place, but if you want a little more hustle and bustle, you can walk to Grebbestad, which is a 20-minute quiet walk. Here you will find a great marina, restaurants, shops and throughout the summer season there are various concerts. The sea is 20 meters from the property and here is an excellent beach to launch the kayak to explore the archipelago. There is also the possibility of renting a kayak either at Skjärgårdsidyllen or Grebbestad Kayak Center. Feel free to ask the host for tips on the paddle trip. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented separately. The guest house should be left in the condition you found it. There is a rechargeable vacuum cleaner in the hallway and a mop bucket in the cabinet under the bathroom sink. Trash is thrown in the trash cans down by the road.
