We kindly ask all guests to use electricity and water responsibly during the stay. By following the provided energy saving guidelines, guests will have the most comfortable stay. The Accommodation: This modern cabin- style home is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom abode. Enjoy the modern amenities of a normal home with a full size & well-quipped kitchen, smart TV, two full bathrooms and AC/heat. The cabin runs on 100% solar power which is great as our valley gets about 299 sunny days per year. This home is outfitted with the basic necessities one will need for a pleasant stay - All bedding, duvets, linens, and blankets. The house is completely solar powered, so we do ask our guests to limit showers, laundry and cooking to the daylight hours, and generally be mindful of energy use as there is a finite amount of energy that can be harvested in a given day. Be aware that cloudy days do not generate as much energy. Please note heat and AC is provided by two in- wall system in the living room/dining area and in the main bedroom (not equipped with central heating). We also have emergency propane heaters and gas generator in the event that the home battery is low or there is a power outage. **Please be mindful of your energy consumption.** **especially during peak summer/winter** **Running generator is required during July/August to keep house below 78F** You'll also find amenities such as towels, soap, shampoo, and toothpaste. We do provide a combination washer/ dryer. Please be aware this is for small loads and takes a great deal of time for one cycle to be completed. We recommend running the generator when using the washer/dryer The home is nestled on 1 acre of land. Please be aware that many desert animals travel through this area, including predators. Guests may encounter javelina, coyotes or even the occasional rattlesnake. Other things to note 1. Any reservations greater than 28 days will require a rental lease to be signed for the reservation to be considered "complete". 2. No parties. 3. No additional overnight guests. 4. We have two exterior actively recording cameras overlooking the carport area and the entrance door. They record video and audio. 5. There are zero interior recording devices. 6. Oven has limited availability during extreme heat(105F+) weather. Please inquire. 7. We can only accommodate 2 guests during JULY and AUGUST due to extreme heat
