Please note one of the bedrooms is a single with a pullout trundle bed to make the room a twin accommodation. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the farmhouse & grounds during your stay. Please note there is one neighbouring property in the vicinity. Other things to note **Dogs are very welcome at the farmhouse but there is a strict rule that dogs must not go upstairs, on beds or furniture. Please note there is a fixed fee of £100 if there are signs of the dogs being upstairs inc muddy paw prints on our lovely bedding!** From April until June there are geese (that visit every year to nest), there are several on the front and 2 around the back, that usually nest on the island. They are harmless, however we advise not feeding them, mainly because they become very confident and will come up to the house patio and they make a lot of mess (pooping!!). We also have the mallard ducks nesting so during April there will be the ducklings around too. Please excuse any geese poop which may be around the grounds during this period they are currently with us with their goslings, lovely to watch, but they can be a bit messy! There are lots of fish in the pond, mainly Koi Carp. We do have visits from the Otters & unfortunately they will eat the fish and they steal the goose eggs.
