Cozy Private Studio in Central San Jose

This detached private studio is located only five minutes from Santana Row and ten minutes from Downtown San Jose. It comes with a private entrance to a private studio furnished with a queen-sized bed and work desk. AT&T wifi has 1 gigabyte speed and is dialed in for remote work. It has a private bathroom and walk-in shower. The small kitchen is equipped for light cooking. Note: I deliberately have not added a TV. Please do not book this place expecting a television. The space The queen-sized bed sleeps two normal-sized adults. There is a work desk and a swivel desk chair for remote-office work, read, write and eat. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, water kettle, Keurig Coffee Maker, portable cooking stove, toaster oven, and mini refrigerator including a small freezer. You will find additional blankets for your convenience including two small space heaters and one large portable air condition unit. The studio has central heating/ air conditioning. The studio is located in the Burbank neighborhood of Central San Jose. Nearby you can find a wealth of food and restaurant options, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, San Jose City College, Westfield Valley Fair Shopping Mall, O'Connor Hospital, Municipal Rose Garden, Safeway and other grocery stores. Apple, Intel are ten minutes away. Alphabet, Amazon are fifteen minutes away. Stanford is twenty minutes away. Meta and other tech companies along the peninsula's main artery are easily accessible from the studio because of its convenient location near the highway 280. Guest access You have a private entrance, away from the main house with a small, private outdoor space in front of the studio. The entire studio is detached and you have the space, private and to yourself. Access to the studio requires to download the August App and a working US (+1) phone number that can receive SMS text message to receive the August invite once. The property has exterior cameras facing away from entrance or windows. Other things to note House Rules: 1. Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. If you plan to have additional guests or visitors, please update your reservation with their information or let us know in advance. This is required for insurance and security purposes. 2. Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect our neighbors and other residents. 3. Check-Out: Access to the August App will end at 11 AM on your departure date. Please ensure the studio is vacated and locked before this time. 4. No Smoking, No Pets, No Parties: Our property is strictly non-smoking, including both indoor and outdoor areas. We can't accommodate pets. And our place is meant for quiet enjoyment, so please refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings.
