The home comfortably accommodates groups with five sleeping areas, including four bedrooms and a bonus room with a Murphy bed. Multiple bathrooms allow guests to spread out and maintain privacy during their stay. Step outside to a quiet backyard retreat with a covered patio and outdoor heaters, allowing for year-round use. Guest access Guests have full private access to the home, garage, and backyard during their stay. One owner supply closet and shed remain locked. Self check-in with smart lock allows convenient arrival during approved check-in hours. Other things to note • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance. This is a professionally managed home in a residential neighborhood, and we appreciate guests who respect the home and surrounding community. • No parties, events, weddings, or commercial photo/video shoots are permitted unless previously approved by the host. All visitors must be included on the reservation and listed by name on the rental agreement. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without prior approval. • After booking, the primary guest is required to complete a rental agreement and provide government-issued photo identification to verify name, address, and phone number. These items must be submitted within 48 hours of booking. Reservations that remain incomplete after this period may be subject to cancellation by the host without penalty. • The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older and must be present for the duration of the stay. • Same-day reservations must be confirmed before 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Local bookings may require additional approval. • For the safety of the property and neighborhood, reservations may be declined or cancelled if publicly available information or booking behavior indicates a history of violent, property-related, or party-related offenses that could reasonably pose a risk to the home or community. • Stays longer than one week include periodic cleanings billed separately. • No pets allowed. • Two Level 2 EV chargers (Tesla / NACS compatible) are available and free to use, one in the garage and one outside.
