Entrance: Stepping down from the street to the basement level private entrance, the apartment opens into a vaulted entrance area, a perfect place to take off shoes and hang your coats. A door leads to the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Sitting Room: The foyer leads straight into a superbly spacious sitting room with large sash windows and high ceilings. With three comfy sofas, a large T, gas fireplace and music system, this is a superb sitting room that accommodates everyone with ease. Dining Room: Next door to the sitting room is the dining room, which comfortably seats 6. The table can also be converted to a pool and snooker table.
