This stylish place to stay is perfect for families or small groups. Close to the mountains downtown Salt Lake City, this space accommodates visitors looking for proximity to everything. Two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and kitchenette make this basement apartment feel like home. We often hear the comment "this is so spacious" :) It's difficult for the pictures to do it justice but yes, this is a full basement :) Host family lives above. The space This basement apartment has a separate entrance through the side yard. You enter a hybrid space- the room has a desk, exercise equipment, and a twin size bed. Through that room you enter the main space. A living room and dining room complete with a gas fireplace. The main bedroom with a queen size bed is next to the bathroom. From the main living room/dining room space you can walk down a small hallway to find a second entrance to the bathroom and an entrance to a kitchenette and laundry room. We have a pack and play available for younger guests and of course there’s room in to sleep on the couch :) You may wish to note that we, the hosts, live above and there is some noise transfer. We reserve daytime access to the washer and dryer with guest permission. The washer and dryer in the kitchenette is the only one in our home so, if permitted, I’ll pop down to change over laundry while guests are out and about and with permission. Other things to note The pool you may see in pictures is not accessible.
