Newly renovated, beautiful cottage in the heart of the village of Melbourn. This charming and characterful property is the perfect place, whether you are looking for a quiet getaway or are on a work trip. The space During your stay you will have access to the whole property, including an enclosed courtyard garden. DOWNSTAIRS: Kitchen/living room: An open plan kitchen and living space with a large breakfast bar for eating. Kitchen has induction hob, fridge , freezer , washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a log burner for those cosy nights in. TV has access to Netflix, amazon Prime etc. and all sports channels, including TNT and Sky Sports. Single bedroom: Ideal for a child or a third guest. Bathroom: With soaker power shower. Garden: Fully enclosed courtyard garden, perfect if you are bringing along your furry friends. Garden has table and chairs for outside dining in the warmer months. UPSTAIRS: Double Bedroom: Large double bedroom with lots of character. There is a double bed and a built-in wardrobe/cupboard for storage. PARKING: Please note there is no parking at the property itself, but parking is available at the pub at the top of the lane, which is about 100m from the property. Unloading of vehicles isn't doable directly outside the property, so please consider this when booking. Parking at the pub is all free of charge. PLEASE NOTE: that this is an old property so there are some low ceilings/door ways. Please also take notes of the spiral staircase in the photos, which is quite steep. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, including the courtyard garden Other things to note Our cottage is pet friendly and has a completely enclosed courtyard. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs to stay. We will ask for details at the point of confirmation.
